Amid his increasing acceptance among low and high Nigerians, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi once again received an open endorsement from former president Olusegun Obasanjo.

In an event which had some prominent Nigerian Politicians including the governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun in attendance, former president Olusegun Obasanjo while addressing the audience, spotted Peter Obi where he was seated and walked towards him.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo then led Peter Obi by hand to where he had sat among the dignitaries and then declared that his mission is finished.
