Two Obidients: Aisha Yesufu And David Hundeyin Fight Dirty

The infighting in the Obidient family appears to be taking a nasty twist as two staunch supporters of Peter Obi, activist Aisha Yesufu and investigative journalist David Hundeyin banter words on Twitter.

The clash between the two supporters of Peter Obi started when Rinu Oduala who also is a supporter of Peter Obi’s presidential ambition, asked Peter Obi to tell the public what he plans to do to prevent police brutality in Nigeria. Rinu Oduala who came to limelight through her involvement in the 2020 EndSARS protest against police brutality in Nigeria, was thereafter criticized for her question to Peter Obi which many described as irrelevant.

Aisha Yesufu while reacting to the hostility from supporters of Peter Obi towards Rinu Oduala, reiterated that everyone is free to ask Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) any question one wishes. According to her, Peter Obi is seeking to occupy the office of the citizens and needs to be thoroughly scrutinized. She added that she is however optimistic that Peter Obi is capable of answering any question timely and effectively; an edge she said Peter Obi has over his contenders.

However, Aisha Yesufu’s opinion did not go down well with investigative journalist, David Hundeyin who accused Aisha Yesufu of pretence and being an ardent supporter of underperforming president Muhammadu Buhari.

“Lost count of the number of times I’ve pointed out that madam clench-fist Hijabi was and is a staunch Buharist and a very dangerous person. Just because someone speaks passionately and knows the activist positioning hustle doesn’t make them a good person.Bur what do I know”, David Hundeyin tweeted.

In her response, Aisha Yesufu called David Hundeyin a coward who spreads untrue and malicious publications about people in the name of investigative reporting.

She further dared him to publish any discovery he has made about her and which links her to illegality

“It has just been brought to my attention that the cowardly twat David Hundeyin @DavidHundeyin who makes malicious accusations then goes about looking for half truths and innuendos to sew them into investigative article is sewing a thread on me while blocking me”, Aisha Yesufu tweeted.

“I have never been and will never be an enabler of failure.@DavidHundeyin the depraved and demented soul whose investigative skills were on hold during Jonathan when Journalists like salkida were forced to go on exile thinks everyone is like him”.
