Bola Ahmed And Peter Obi To Speak To Arewa Joint Committee Today

The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu is to speak to the Arewa Joint Committee today at 12 pm. Tinubu is expected to tell the committee about his plan for Nigeria while urging them to vote for him.

Mr. Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) is expected to speak at the event immediately after Bola Ahmed Tinubu has rounded off. Mr. Peter will appear before the committee at 3pm.

Other presidential candidates are also expected to speak to the same committee; however, report says the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) Rabiu Kwankwaso has declined the invitation of the committee over alleged compromise. According to him, the committee is set up to favour a particular presidential candidate at the expense of others.

However, Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed who announced the event through his Twitter handle, revealed that the candidates will be given a level playing ground

“Tomorrow Monday,17-10-22,in sha Allah, the APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will appear at the engagements by Arewa Joint Committee at 12pm.LP’s candidate, Peter Obi, will appear at 3pm.
Other candidates are expected to appear in the next few weeks”, he tweeted

“Arewa Joint Committee currently involved in engaging some Presidential candidates in full view of Nigerians is credible and transparent. It give all candidates a level playing field,and it has no leaning towards any candidate.There are Nigerians who can do things with integrity”.
