Amaju Pinnick Files N2.3 Billion Suit Against Davido Over Alleged Breach Of Contract

Amid the controversy between Singer, Davido and former NFF President, Amaju Pinnick, over alleged breach of contract.

Amaju has taken the issue to another level, as he files a law suit against the singer’s record label, ‘Davido Music Worldwide Limited’ demanding N2.3 billion as compensation.

Recall that in the last ‘Warri Again’ show in Delta state, Amaju Pinnick came to the stage to allege that the event Organizers booked Davido, but he failed to turn up at the event.

He also revealed that the singers performance fee was N70 million, while making payment, the singer insisted that it must be paid in full.

In the law suit marked EHC/183/2023, which was filed before the High Court of Delta State in Effurun, Warri. Amaju Pinnick pleaded that the court should award him N2 billion as compensation against the singer.

Amaju Pinnick through his legal counsel demanded that the singer should apologize his social media accounts, and print Media for four days to the show attendees and to the complaint.
