Falz The Bad Boy Releases New Single, “Ndi Ike”, Says It Was Inspired By Igbo

Popular Nigerian singer and activist, Folarin Falana better known as Falz has through his Twitter handle, announced his release of a new song, “Ndi Ike “,  powerful people when translated from Igbo.

The famous singer who had been away for a while made a return to the social media with his announcement of the new single. Recall that Falz had gone for medical surgery on his knee after he sustained an injury while playing football. The musician a few days ago, disclosed that the experience was tough.

Talking about his new song on Twitter, Falz disclosed that it was heavily inspired by Igbo words and sound and aims to symbolize African’s valour

“This song was heavily inspired by sounds & lingo from Eastern Nigeria. ‘NDI IKE’ which directly translates to “The Powerful” is a stark representation of the African grandeur. Hit me with your favourite line from this record! #NDIIKE Out now on all platforms”, he wrote.
