Former NDDC Chairperson, Lauretta Onochie Debunks Report of Being Stranded In UK, Narrates What Happened

Hours after report emerged online, alleging that the former chairperson of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Lauretta Onochie, was stranded in the UK. She left Nigeria after being sacked by President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu .

Onochie took to her verified meta Page formerly known as ‘Facebook’ to share what actually transpired, debunking the claim that her family members kicked her out of their house in UK.

According to Onochie, she got to the UK, her cousin, Victor Ashiedu Fejokwu and his wife, Ruth Emereze, who she accommodated in her house due to they were homeless, tried to intimidate her.

They tried to take over her house, despite not even taking the responsibility of paying the rent when she was in Nigeria. She didn’t allow them to have their way , so she contacted the police who ordered them to vacate the premises.
