Jeffery Guterman Gives The Obidients Update On His Request Of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s FBI
Retired American mental health counselor, Jeffery Guterman who has become popular among young Nigerians for his support for the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 Nigeria’s presidential election, has briefed supporters of Peter Obi on his request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s FBI file.
Jeffery Guterman last week disclosed that he has written to the FBI to request the organization to release the file of Nigeria’s president-elect amid report of his 1993 Drug money forfeiture conviction in U.S
In a voice record he shared on his Twitter handle, Jeffery Guterman informed Peter Obi supporters to stay on course. According to him, FBI has informed him that he will receive a formal reply to his request over a period of 20 days from the day he made the request.
He added that he has also contacted a nonprofit organization to help in petitioning a US court so as to compel FBI to release the requested file as a popular Nigerian investigative journalist, David Hundeyin had suggested.
