Lagos State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Reveals Date For Ruling On Gbadebo Rhodes Petition Against Sanwo-Olu

The Lagos State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal (GEPT) headed by Justice Justice Arum Ashom is set to deliver judgement on suits challenging the reelection of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and his deputy.

The governorship candidate of the Labour Party, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour and the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Olajide Adediran, are challenging the electoral victory of governor Sanwo-Olu.

The Justice Arum Ashom led panel communicated to the parties involved in the suits on Saturday, 23rd of September that the Tribunal will deliver judgement on Monday, 25th of September, 2023.
