Mixed Reactions Online Over Actress, Funke Akindele’s Tweet

Weeks after losing the gubernatorial election and taking a short break on the micro-blogging platform, twitter, Popular Nollywood Actress, Funke Akindele took to her official twitter page to share a suspicious tweet on depression.

The actress through her tweet advised the public to always check on people and show some kindness because depression is real.

She also emphasized that people should act with humanity while dealing with others.

Her post reads;

“Depression is real. Pls be kind to others. Yes, don’t trade your happiness with anything but still be humane in all you do. We are all on a journey in this world. Be conscious!! Be aware!! Share!!! Make peace!!! Take risks and be grateful for success and victory. Yet be AWARE!!! Love! Forgive! Stay happy!!!” She wrote.

Funke Akindele’s tweet triggered mixed reactions online, as some suspect that the actress might be dealing with depression.
