Mohbad’s Father Reveals What Caused His Separation With His Ex-wife

Father of deceased singer, Mohbad has explained why he separated with his ex-wife, whom he married after his marriage to Mohbad’s mother failed.

While speaking in an interview with the Punch newspaper, Mohbad’s father explained that his ex-wife was not happy about the manner he treasured his children from his ex-wife, that is Mohbad’s mother. He said one of Mohbad’s song: “Sorry”, refers to the event that played out when his ex-wife insisted that he not send Mohbad to school and he must either choose her over her son or allow her leave the marriage.

He revealed that he informed his ex-wife that he chose his son and she picked her belongings and left.

“The stepmother told me one day, ‘Choose me or your son.’ I chose my son (Mohbad) and she packed her loads and left.

I and the lady were together for more than seven years. I married her around 2005. That stepmother did not want me to send Mohbad to school, and I chose my son. And she decided to leave..”

Also, he disclosed that the deceased Mohbad attempted to reconcile him with his mother  following his rise to stardom. According to him, Mohbad had informed him that he will only assist him and fund whatever business he desires if he remarries his mother. However, he said Mohbad’s proposal was unpleasant to him, the reason he was neglected while Mohbad rented and furnished apartment for his mother and also funded her business.
