Napoli Cries Out Over Victor Osimhen, Says The Striker Has Refused To Return To Italy

Napoli Football Club has raised alarm over Victor Osimhen alleged refusal to return to Italy since October 13th.

Victor Osimhen had sustained injury in a friendly game between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia and has since then remained in Nigeria despite Napoli expecting him to return to Italy so as to begin his intensive phase recovery.

A report in Italy has it that Napoli is anxiously awaiting his return to the club especially as the saga that trailed mocking video of Victor Osimhen posted on Napoli’s official TikTok account, negatively affected Napoli’s contract extension talk with him.

The Nigerian striker has since sustaining injury in his international duty, missed three consecutive fixtures for Napoli amid the team struggle to replicate their fine performance last season.
