New Trouble For President Tinubu As FBI Report Says He Was Never A Student Of Chicago State University (CSU)

As the controversy about president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Chicago State University (CSU) certificate plunges, a letter dated 28th of July, 2011 written to Economic And Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) by the the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), negates recent claim by CSU during disposition that president Tinubu graduated from their institution.

In the letter, FBI wrote in response to an earlier request by the EFCC on January 4th, 2011 regarding president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s claims about attending and obtaining a diploma at the CSU.

In the letter, FBI stated that president Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not enroll as a student at Chicago State University on or before July 2011.

The letter reads: ” I hope this letter finds and your colleagues at the Economic And Financial Crime Commission Well. We appreciate your continued cooperation and assistance in a matter of mutual interest.

” I want to respond to your request for information made to the Federal Bureau of Investigation on January 4th, 2011 regarding former governor of Lagos and his enrollment at/graduation from the Chicago State University. Per our investigation with Chicago State University Registrar office and its official response to our inquiry, “Bola Tinubu was not enrolled as a student this or any term” at the referred institution.
