Nigerians online have described as disgraceful, a trending video of a police officer of the Nigeria Police Force fighting in public with a soldier of the Nigeria’s army.

The incident comes barely a week a Nigerian soldier was harassed by officers of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) in Lagos. Recall that soldiers in response to the harassment of the unnamed soldier by LASTMA Officers in Lagos, retaliated by brutalizing LASTMA Officers they found in their random search for LASTMA Officers across Local Government Areas of Lagos.

Also, the viral video of a police officer and a soldier undoing each other to the jeers of hesitant Nigerians who were thrilled by such an uncivil event, has been described as an eye-sore. Relevant authorities have been urged to sanction the officers involved in such a nation-demeaning event.
