Police Arrest Two Over Truck Theft In Ogun
In a released statement by the Ogun State Police Command Spokesperson, Omolola Odutola. Two men identified as, Mohammed Ndatotu and Lawal, were arrested for allegedly st€aling a truck belonging to a cement company in Ibese, Ogun State.
The incident took place on 3rd November, 2023. It was revealed that the Suspects who were the truck driver assistants, stole the truck with number plate ‘KPF 237 XA’, after the driver parked and left the truck with them .
On 29th October, the driver returned to the parking garage, he could not find his truck nor his motor boys.
This prompted his immediate reaching out to the police, with the necessary information, to track his truck.
However, following the information provided by the driver, the Ogere Divisional Police officers apprehended the Suspects, Lawal & Mohammed Ndatotu, and during investigation they admitted to have committed the crime.
