Why I Almost Gave Up, Wanted Quiting My Music Career Before My Wife Gave Birth To Twins
Popular Nigerian born music superstar, David Adeleke better known as Davido whose wife was recently delivered of a set of twin, has confirmed the news which went viral three days ago.
According to report which has now been confirmed by Davido, his wife gave birth to a set of twin consisting of a boy and a girl. The birth of the twin babies came barely a year the couple’s first male child, Ifeanyi Adeleke reportedly drowned in a swimming pool while the couple were away.
However, Davido disclosed while confirming that his wife was delivered of a twin at United Masters Select Con event on Saturday, that he was at the point of giving up even on his music career before his wife was delivered of twin-babies.
He disclosed that himself and his wife found out they were going to have twin-babies same month their first child, Ifeanyi Adeleke died.
“I was at the point of giving up. I thought I was never going to be able to sing ever again. I’m telling God, I’m doing this no more. After that, I have had my most successful year, I have had my biggest album. Three days ago, my wife delivered twins. A beautiful boy and girl came back in double. I kept the faith despite it being hard. “When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month my son passed. My son passed away last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October”, he said.
