Wizkid To Take Time Off Music, Gives Reason
Days after burying his mother, Nigerian Popular Singer, Wizkid, has taken to his Instagram page, to announce his plans of taking a break from music .
This is not the first time the singer took a break from music. In 2019 he made a post on X formerly Twitter, revealing that he will be going off the scene for a while.
In the recent post he made on Instagram, he revealed that he will be going off the music scene for four or five years, and might be considering golf or football as an alternative.
The post written in broken English reads;
“Back in 4 years, make una papa chop him money small or maybe five or I fit still go dey play ball now.
“Or make I start dey play golf. fifa or wrestling b*tch!”All of una dey craze! Everybody dey mad.
“On some G shit, I hope you mofuckas alright body mind and soul and taking time out to enjoy with your loved ones.” He wrote.
