Daughter of late Chukwuemeke Ezeife, Ogelue Ezefi Ugorji reveals his father’s stunning confession about Peter Obi

Mrs. Ogelue C. Ezeife Ugorji, the first daughter of late former governor of Anambra state,  Chukwemeka Ezeife, Okwadike, in her tribute to her late father at his Commendation Service in Awka on the 19th of April, 2023l4,  narrated how her father felt about Peter Obi’s presidential ambition.

Mrs. Ogelue C. Ezeife Ugorji while speaking ahead of her father’s burial, disclosed that her late father had strong belief in the competence and unique personality of Mr. Peter Obi who sought in 2023 to become Nigeria’s president. She revealed that her father in his last visit to the United States of America before his death, described Peter Obi’s presidential ambition as being  ” borne out of his deep conviction to build a just and equitable nation”.

“He strongly believed that Peter Obi would have made it happen. During his last visit to the United States of America before his death, revealed that his unwavering support for Mr. Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party”, she said.

Chukwuemeke Ezeife who is the first civilian governor of Anambra state, died on the 14th of December, 2023. His remains would be buried on the 20th of  April, 2024.
