Terry-G Calls Out Timaya Over Unpaid Royalties
Weeks after coming online to pour out the pains of seeing some colleagues, who he helped in the past neglect his calls or clamour for a music feature.
Popular Nigerian rapper, Terry-G via Instagram accused Singer, Timaya of not paying him the agreed-upon royalties for a song that he produced for him years ago .
Terry-G stated that his decision to speak up can be pegged to the recent call outs, and complaints of other singers who actually had Similar ordeal.
In the shared post, he claimed that Timaya owed him 50% of the producer royalties for an old song which he produced for him.
His post reads;
“Looking at all the podcasts and disclosure artists speaking up, the day I go talk my own, the table will be used for firewood. If you know I produced this song for you.
“I need my 50% producer publishing royalties from Timaya and others. But all the producers out there use me as an example of how they use and dump greatness. But still, I rise.”
