Popular advocate for good governance and an ardent supporter of Mr. Peter Obi, Dele Farotimi has revealed why he reneged on his earlier stance should president Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerged the winner of the February 25th, 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.

Dele Farotimi had four years ago, vowed to go on exile should former governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu become president after Muhammadu Buhari.

He however explained that he did not go on exile as he had vowed because president Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not emerge Nigeria’s president through credible process but through alleged manipulation by the electoral umpire in connivance with the Nigeria’s judiciary and other individuals.

Dele Farotimi who was a strong critic of former president Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, has not relented in his demand for good governance from the Tinubu’s government.

“My continuing residence in Nigeria is a repudiation of INEC and Yakubu’s fraud. Tinubu did NOT win the election, he stole it with the active connivance of the aforementioned, supposed men of God, fraudulent elders, and a horribly corrupt and shameless judiciary..🇳🇬🤔”
